Are they building with steel? Surprised to not see more steel in the lower floors if that's the case, or perhaps it's a limitation of the soil they're working within?

This project will be a great filler for the area. Southcore is becoming pretty dense considering 10 years ago there was literally nothing here. I won't complain about another 500ft+ office tower going up. I think it'll look great and add to the futuristic look this area has going on.
