That's the kind of setup they used to test the cladding at Foster's HSBC HQ as well - and they used it simulate hurricane force winds.

This project will be a great filler for the area. Southcore is becoming pretty dense considering 10 years ago there was literally nothing here. I won't complain about another 500ft+ office tower going up. I think it'll look great and add to the futuristic look this area has going on.
