Been working in the area and Roehampton ave from Yonge st to just east of Redpath is full of activity with all the various buildings under construction! This one in particular is moving along quickly.

It's kind of interesting walking on Eglinton with LRT construction sites up. The fencing makes it seem like a super narrow road.
