Damn, can't believe that is the first time I've seen this promotional video, it's amazing! If it is a new video, I'd say it is even front-page newsworthy material.

It really makes me appreciate this tower a lot more, it is a great design. I am excited to see it come to Midtown.

Speaking of, the video clearly calls Yonge-Eglinton Midtown.

Nope. Second phase is across the street to the west. The single-family homes are still standing and I haven't seen any applications for demolition or shoring yet (though that doesn't mean they aren't out there)
