There is a really nice view of 155 Cumberland from Avenue Rd, a block or two south of St. Clair from atop the hill. It's pretty cool to see the steel frame elevate above it's immediate surroundings.

Speaking of impacts, apparently the crane hit the existing office tower with a bunch of I-beams today. A few windows shattered and glass fell to the ground. I wasn't there myself, but I heard this from a reliable source.

I noticed a few windows out in the upper storey facing Bloor today. (Hopefully, replacing those milky spandrels in kind isn't too exorbitant.)
