Hmm... but right above it says 15 years... on the SAME page...Good question; and as I followed the link I published, I was scratching my head for a second...........but I found it.

Yes, you're not seeing things, the report references 15 years in multiple places as well.
But but...THERE'LL BE A PARK ON THE CORNER!!!!I really want to see a good reason why in the planet we're seeing an already very dense proposal, being proposed to be jacked up in height even further.
36 Zorra is far and away the tallest in the area at 36 stories; 41 is too much for an area that's starved of virtually any kind of community amenity. That's unless KingSett (who wont build here) plan on providing a nice school/other tangible community benefit asides from cash (which we know they wont do).
