They could have 20 elevators or 30 elevators. This is a grotesque residential development. This will rely heavily on overseas renting.
 
Not a fan of the height decrease . Now ,it will just match the roof height of United Bldg.

Should be taller. I also dont like the V shaped columns at the base. Contrived fad.
 
I want the apartment right here (behind 180 Dundas W)... save a fortune on curtains, SPF 18 sun block, sun glasses, no plants to look after etc.

In fact, this was the proposal that caused us to start actually paying attention to the number of units per elevator in the first place. One of the two towers in the first version had 1 elevator for every 260 units (while there's a loose industry threshold of one for every 100)… and that wasn't even the BAD one, the BAD one had one per every 370 units! Of course at the same time, for either building, that's still two more elevators than required by code, because code for adequate elevator service is non-existent, so, who are we to argue that people shouldn't spend their entire high-rise lives either lining up for elevators, or never even going out in the first place?

Anyway, the new numbers are much better in this case, not perfect, but better, so we'll keep up on this.
