As to whether Southcore will be a lively neighbourhood (especially at night) has yet to be seen, but nonetheless, these towers have thus far surpassed all my expectations.

I think this area will. Once Delta opens with hopefully a decent bar and restaurant in its podium. And maybe a few other entertaining businesses to liven it up a bit. ACC area is already quite lively at night.
