the 2 ICE condo towers will occupy southern 2/3 of the site, the remaining northerly 1/3 will be a 31 storeys office building (hopefully they stick to the plan and actually build it)

The most recent plan the "Fairmont Site" on the NE corner of Simcoe and Bremner (link above) is for 2 buildings: one office building ~ the same height, floor area as 18 York; the second building being a hotel and high-end rental residential dwelling units.

looks like that video also shows Infinity is getting dug along side the same time as ICE - probably cheaper (less equipment being moved around).

Two different sites. Two different companies. Two different construction crews. The site is divided, and as far as construction goes, could be located on opposite ends of the city.

Was at 222m / 65 floors and 192m / 55 floors. 234m = 68 floors, 202m = 58 floors?
