My vote: Heatmiser-esque mascot/figure of Toronto folklore who pops up at sporting events and ceremonies. Stumbles around, goes to light a crack pipe mischievously, and the audience needs to shout him down.

Since Rob was in LA to "promote" the movie business in Toronto, maybe he thinks he's the "best boy" to be in the movie business. Based on his current networking skills with actors.
