That's not a bad thing if you are an investor, the price hasn't gone up that up, more time will mean higher prices when it comes time to sell.

Got a registered mail from Concord today, saying our "Confirmed interim closing date" is now set for December 1st, 2014 (for Tango 1). We are investor, see it actually as a good news.

I am on the 7th floor - my date is November 18. Can't believe it's another 11 months away given the exterior of the building is almost completed.

I wonder if any interior is done. I assume they will start when the mechanical is done? How about the roads? Paving in the spring time?

Got a call from the office today, PDI being scheduled on Aug 29. I asked the rep and that's the earliest start day for PDI. Expect more PDI sessions in Sept/Oct.

Yes had my PDI, got to see lobby, elevator, parking and unit. Only 3 PDI items.
