Yeah the higher floors I think they are going to be a bit more expensive.
Not sure why they keep postpone the second release wonder if it's going to delay the construction as it stated on the P&S agreement construction starts Feb 2011

where does it say construction will start feb 2011?
 
second release come out today


it seems there is a 18000 price increase per unit under my calculation


unit 809 is asking for 414300 +parking 25000 - 5000 bonus

unit 2012 is asking for 314100 +parking 25000 -5000 bonus


just dunnno how the market reacts to it?

any input?

or anyone buy it in the second release?

how did u get $18,000 increase?

The original discount was $20,000+$18,000, now it's $5000, so it should be a $33000 increase.
 
i own the unit 1012

i paid 292600 for it with the parking

compared with the 2012 unit, floor incresment is 1500 dollars, so 314100+25000-5000-1500*10floor difference = appro 18000

I bought 1008, any idea what the prices look like now?

Also, did u take into account the 9' Ceiling premium for floors above 19th?
 
The storage units that are included in some of these suites within the suites, can they be converted into a bedroom? They look more like an external bedroom walk in closet.
 
looks like the project didn't get their permits to start laying the foundation
if you look at the toronto building permit status, it says REFUSAL NOTICE, can any one explain what that is?

Got the letter from Concord today as expected there's going to be a delay on the interim occupancy - the place won't be ready till June 2014
 
.... was told today by an agent, interim closing for TANGO 1 now postponed to 2014 Q4!!!
