First time noticing that the retail units along the side street Silverthorn, just north of St. Clair are occupied with different tenants. Good to see them put to use.

Ayerego Bookstore at 1031 St. Clair West, about a block west of Oakwood, has closed. I believe they've been around for sometime between 20 to 30 years at that location.

Fresh Slice Pizza is opening in the retail unit at 1106 St. Clair West (just east of Northcliffe, beside the Cano restaurant).

The Pizza Pizza at the NW corner of St. Clair W & Oakland has gotten halved in store frontage, with only the corner unit remaining and the former inner unit being separated independently.
