Saw Michael Wekerle walking across the street at York and King this morning. It was freezing outside and his jacket wasn't zipped up nor was he wearing a hat.

Zanta, wearing trademark Santa hat and shorts, was on walkabout on the southbound Yonge subway this morning. He announced he was looking for any woman wearing spandex. If she was also wearing a Santa hat, that would be really hardcore.

Be that as it may, there he was larger than life. The TTC ban was 9 years ago and Zanta has been MIA for quite some time. Perhaps he snuck past a newer employee or used an automatic entrance. Who knows. It was great to see him nonetheless.
