Where have the Fords' closest council allies - notably Councillors Chrisanti and Nunziata - been through all this?

I know Nunziata is still on board but I thought Chrisanti had jumped ship.

Yeah, CBC says 4:30.

My prediction: Complete denial.

EDIT: If anything about you-know-what.

This should be a drinking game. one shot each time he says "business as usual" "new opportunities" etc

CP24 has said he will be taking questions.
i doubt he'll give answers, though.

EDIT: "anything else" would have gotten everyone hammered

He's going to blame the Toronto Star for putting on so much pressure with their false allegations that the staff can't deal with it. If he addresses it at all beyond saying that it's business as usual.

I never even thought this would be about the staffers. He didn't hold a press conference last time, just a written statement.

Ford says he met with every one of his staff today and has a great deal of respect for them. "They're working their backside off."

Football pep-talk.

"But I've always said to my staff, if a new opportunity arises, take it." He really went there. Again.

OMFG. Naturally the question then becomes - why is the mayor's office so opportunity poor?

Jonathan Goldsbie ‏@goldsbie 16s
"There's nothing going on in my office… I won't talk about personnel issues."

1 firing and 4 resignations, and the roses are red and the sky is blue...
