Rob Ford's Toronto

They're a bunch of red neck kooks but I must say based on passion and frequency of posting etc I think Flagg's Facebook group is leaving us in the dust these days. All they do is bash the latest Tory story and then say how much better a job Ford would've done but it works I guess.

On this topic, there's a funny story from a year or so ago. Stripper from London was going around trying to sell a photo of someone she claimed was Rob at her club posing with a few topless dancers. She claimed he was wasted, getting lap dances and saying all sorts of raunchy things. Looked almost identical. Enough to have the papers consider buying it. But they all backed out as they weren't confident enough it was him. Turned out to be someone else and the one stripper who tried selling the photo was fired lol.

which reminds me... what ever happen to those sex tape rumours?

eta: is this the stripper you were referring to? / had we seen this before? from nov. 2013...

Stripper Says She and Toronto’s Mayor Rob Ford Still Having Relations

fordgraphic.jpg

According to the report, Marta Harris met Ford at The Brass Rail, a high-end Toronto gentlemen’s club where she works, back in August. The two began meeting in private, outside of her work the very next week, says Harris, where they began having sexual relations almost every weekend and still to this day.

That's what you can expect from a fanatics; Col. Flagg, his follies, and FN really need to rally themselves. Heterophobics as such IMO are scary when you realise their ignorance is self imposed.

if this for real or is it fiction???
As many of you know, Rob Ford, former mayor of Toronto, and I were enrolled at Carleton University in Ottawa at the same time back in the 80’s and early 90’s.

We weren’t best pals, but we spent an awful lot of time at the campus pub—The Slick Rooster—cutting classes and drinking, and I suppose we formed a bond, a bond that has surprisingly remained intact over the years. Recently, I got an email from Rob after he heard about my heart surgery:
[...]
I had no idea your ticker was F’ed! You were always so skinny, you’d think it would have hit a bigger, heavier, more powerful guy like me, but hell, it just goes to show that you never know what’s going to happen in this crazy world.
[...]
As you know, I spent some time incarcerated in the hospital, too. Unbelievable that a guy as vital and straight-shooting as myself would get the Big C, but I did. Not stopping me, though. Gotta have a positive attitude, little buddy. Just charge through it like you were a big lineman ploughing through a bunch of nerds, or in your case, a nerd beating on smaller, weaker nerds. What’s beneath a nerd on the totem pole of cool anyway? I mean, who do nerds bully? Do you just throw rocks at animals, or are there actually people you can push around? Interested to know as I always try to relate to my constituents. Wanna speak their language, even if it is Nerdlish.

How were your nurses?

Hot or Not?

That was a game I played to pass the time. I would look at each nurse and ask myself, “Would you do her?” I’m not sure what the percentage was, but it was pretty high. There was one little sex bomb name Sylvie.

( .Y .)

Jesus. They couldn’t let her work on the cardiac floor because she’d send all her patient’s blood pressure through the roof! LOL!! Shit brick house, that one, and an accent that was better than any porn film I’ve ever seen. Always asked her for a sponge bath– once, I even offered her three hundred bucks for one, but I don’t think her english was too good because she never responded.
[...]
Loved the drugs in hospital. Hydromorphone.

They’ll tell you to only take one, but screw that, take two, maybe three, for a good high. You will float right to the fucking ceiling and then have the best sex of your life with that goddamn ceiling. It is that good.

It will bung you up eventually, but it’s still worth it.

Get well soon, Little Buddy!

Big Rob

To begin at the beginning of the spoof story - Ford was not at Carlton "during the 1980's and 1990's"; he did not get beyond first year (so, was there 9 months at most).

Frequency of posting isn't everything and sure, they're passionate ... about creating an echo chamber of ludicrous whining. Whatever objections anyone might have to Tory, none of it really stacks up in terms of how awful Ford was and continues to be, personally and politically. The job Ford would've done? Key word is 'would' - Ford talked a lot about things he never even began to get around to, because he ultimately had no interest in doing anything for the city and had no vision. His goal was to 'be the mayor', not 'do mayor-type things'.

Generally, a lot of them tend to be the old Free Dominion bunch--just now squatting upon a cloak of "public mandate empowerment" thanks to the Ford regime...

Another Ford family fundraiser, to again try to retire Doug's debt. Rob's account just tweeted it.

Link.

Rob reading (badly) off of some big cue cards or too-high teleprompter. He seems like a robot, kind of like a Stepford wife. Get it? Step-FORD. :p

Love when he says "tickets are only $250" while showing Doug's wife (pardon me; Doug's Jewish wife) in her designer clothes.

These guys have no shame.

Edited to add: It's in Vaughan (where more of his supporters are anyways). Patrick Brown will be there.

here's what doug said about the location last year...

Doug Ford defends decision to hold campaign fundraiser in Vaughan
“Everyone knows someone that lives in the 905. There are not just millions but billions of dollars invested by people who have businesses here and live in Vaughan,” Coun. Doug Ford told reporters at city hall Wednesday afternoon. “If you look at every (candidate) contribution list from last time there was a tremendous amount of contributions from Vaughan, from Richmond Hill, from Thornhill and we had a group of people say ‘Hey can we do a little fundraiser?’
[...]
“Just imagine if we had a mentality where we closed the door around Toronto?” Doug Ford said, when asked about the optics of city taxpayers having to foot the bill for donations collected elsewhere. “We don’t care where you live, if you want to invest in Toronto come by and invest.”

It is not unsual for candidates to receive donations from outside of Toronto, but actual campaign events outside of the city are rare.

"Dinner" - I wonder if this is a very wonderful form of "dinner".
"Ultra exclusive" must be a heck of a lot more spesh than just "exclusive", but it only lasts for 1 hour because then the pixie dust wears off and you go back to being just ordinary.
"Other VIPs" may or may not include Jeb Bush and Donald Trump
My tax dollars are paying for this nonsense?

It's not just exclusive, it's ultra exclusive! That really makes me want to go!

Things must be pretty desperate financially for the Fords right now. Also, I'm wondering why they are just advertising about this now, 11 days before it happens? When they had the other one, and when Tory had the one for Soknacki, they promoted it weeks ahead of time. Plus, school ends this week, and the day after this event is Canada Day. Even the biggest Fordites have summer on their minds.

So is the VIP portion on at 7? I would love to go up there and park outside to count the number of people going in.
