It's disgusting to see Sue Ann Levy completely buying into Rob Ford's abuser tactic against the city -- that it's US on trial, not him.

I've never really understood why the right gets so hung up on the background/career/private lives of protestors. Does a person at a political protest/event have a bias? An agenda? Possibly linked to their life experience/situation. Of course - most of us do. Isn't that kinda the point of protesting in the first place? To make your point of view known regardless of motivation?

Why does Sue-Anne seem to think Furr "working in social housing consulting" is some kind of scandal? It's a job... don't most of us have jobs?

She really is a horrible person so it's no wonder she likes Rob so much. Warmington isn't vicious, he is just stupid but she's nasty.

I take your point that more effort may be required than typing (like I am now). If we need more effective activism, how about word-of-mouth? Apparently it's proven to work.

What if everyone of us who was angry, indignant or even disappointed were to speak to *one person* each day and tell him/her that time's up, Rob Ford must go. Action is required. Pass it on.

Just tell one new person each day. You've had enough circus. Use your own style.

Admittedly, this strategy might require sound bites or slogans. (That could get dodgy real fast, but also be a lot of potential fun):
  • "Worst. Mayor. Ever. RoFo Must Go. Pass it on."
  • "Kick Him Out: Cause you're worth it."
  • "Tell your councillor the Circus must leave town."
  • "Rob Ford Bible quote of the day: Lies:24:7"

Yes the person-to-person approach requires commitment. But would it work?
 
John Furr could be certifiably insane and torture kittens and it wouldn't make Rob Ford 0.01% more fit to be Mayor.

My understanding of family law in Ontario (I'm not a lawyer) is that it doesn't really matter. Adultery has no bearing on spousal support, child support or custody.

Well, if they *do* make it that far only to be defeated--given the escalating contemptuousness they've shown so far, I can see RoFo showing how he feels by defecating a large, stinking turd on his desk before vacating his office.
 
I wonder if they're even going to bother having a fundraiser after the Vaughan one was cancelled when he went to spa-hab. The bobblehead money must have run out by now.

Awful people get very defensive when they see other awful people being attacked. They think "Oh shit, they're on to him. They could get wise to me next!" That explains most of Ford's supporters, I think.

WorldPride was a tremendous success ... bringing big bucks to our city.

I called her a stupid hack yesterday when she replied to one of my posts on the Eglinton story on The Sun webpage and she got me kicked off the site. When you look at the crap posted on there it is really pathetic of her and it is fair to assume she does not understand what VPN servers are....stupid cow.
