At the risk of defending Ford, there was never any evidence she was a hooker.
A couple of the staffers said they THOUGHT she was a hooker. This is probably the best example of something unclear in the ITO being blown up into a "fact."
(I also seem to recall that the Bier Markt waiter said Ford was doing "a bump" and then he came out and denied "doing lines," which is a more substantial accusation.)

There are lots of things that are clearly factual and independently corroborated; her being a hooker is not one of them. The fact he was partying with a 24-year old is enough to raise eyebrows, IMHO.

Unfortunately, the speculation on this thread and elsewhere involving innocent parties isn't helping the case for open courts. Although I'm just pissing in the wind at this point.

Except that saying "2004-2008" counts as "4 school years" really depends on context. If you say someone attended school from 2004-2008, yes, he was there for 4 years. However, if he played football for the 2004-2008 football seasons (or "school years"), then he was there for 5 years.

Based on the following quote, I believe he was in high school for 5 years (2004-2009).

I'm pretty sure every escort uses a name that is not even close to their real name, so searching "alana kindree" or whatever in google is pointless. I'd put my house on her not being an escort. That doesn't mean there weren't any other girls around though, who knows?

I disagree in the bump/lines thing. I'll agree there is a level of difference between say rails and smoking crack, or rails and injecting. But there is no difference between bumps and rails except that you do one because you're in public and it's quicker and more discreet or you're just doing a little at a time to maintain a high. If you're snorting blow you're snorting blow. The quantity of each individual snort is irrelevant in this context. Well, I think anyway.
