Rob Ford files lawsuits the same way he treats his escorts - a lot of big talk up front and a flashy reveal, followed by an extended period of uncomfortable silence and a flimsy withdrawal.

It's not a very well thought out strategy, that's for sure. It's clearly to intimidate; in practicality, all it does is force all the ex-staffers to hire lawyers at $10,000 contigencies to correspond with Ford's lawyer(s).

If all those lawyers are hired, there could be a run on new hotmail accounts so Ford's lawyer can correspond with them.
