There's also some crossover in North Riverdale residents saying they live on The Danforth once you get north of Bain Avenue area. Similar with Blake-Jones north of Boultbee, although most residents west of Jones identify with The Pocket.

^Interesting. The applicant will only have to make minimal alterations to put this now empty building back to use. Although the front is staying the same conversion to some sort of retail/lobby would be doable in the future. I really like how this intersection is evolving!
