Look at Mcdonald at Union Station they have unique menu offering only available at the food court location which draws free viral social media and trendy. If more food hall does this it could be a destination and experimental retail.

Weird pricing. Why is Deep Fried Chicken with Lemon Sauce 17.99 while Fried Chicken with Green Pepper is 26.99? And who pays 26.99 for a chicken dish? Generally, the prices don't really say "street food".

These type of joints usually try to cater to the "rich second generation" of more recent Chinese diaspora or international students.

Sichuan is one of most cuisine i would pay money to get the full experience...it's hard to make good sichuan food at home since many toronto condo or home don't have wok range for high heat fast stir fry.
