Planning docs question?

I'm new to the board, and I see that different projects have a pdf link to a city website document, for example, 16 York Street.

It appears these reports are from city staff, who are advising council about the project? Is that right?

Also, how can I find project reports for other projects besides looking at each thread here? Is there a spot on the city website?

That is correct - often at the community council level... The agenda for these meetings, with reports for the associated projects, can be found here:
