Oh yeah, there's that C-17. These must have been taken during the air show the other week. Are those the USAF fighters that were flying, parked on the left?

When Emirates shows up (probably as soon as bilateral is renegotiated), you'll probably see A380..

Looks like they might finally be some serious negotiations to get air canada and emirates flying most likely to toronto.

I have heard two gates on Pier F and one on Pier C (T3) has been made ready to handle the A380. No public trials unfortunately since it is already an operating terminal.

P.S. Thanks for the pics. Always glad to see the updates. Have they started replacing the temporary asphalt between Pier E and Pier F? I know they will do it after the ground settles but I have no idea how long that is expected to take.

Has anyone seen the 'art scruptures' they are putting up on the east side of the Airport (beside the 401). They look cool no pictures going to fast. 8o

Yes- I saw them yesterday. I thought they were construction rubble at first glance but then I saw the giant book. Pretty cool.

I can see Lufthasa maybe using an A380 in the future on one of the daily the Frankfurt flights in the peak summer or holiday travel season. They are one of the few airlines that still flies a 747-400 to Toronto despite the high landing fees...

The hammerhead, I found, has the grandeur, sweep, and wow-factor that people find missing in the rest of the terminal.

This isn't a photography forum, but aside from liking the terminal and being thankful for you posting pictures of it, you need to set your white balance differently. All your photos are yellow and way off.

I honestly think that Toronto Pearson is the best new airport in the entire world - something really to be proud of! ...well, maybe second to the new Madrid airport!
