To add to that, the service summary shows TTC Lines 1 & 2 being typically slower then 31 km/h. They're further slowed by reduced speed zones, so actual avg. speeds are even slower.It's running at about 31km/hr now slower than when it started, but kind of mid pack performance wise. One of the things that I've always thought about perceived performance is that being mostly overground makes it "feel" slower compared to moving at the same speed in a tunnel. It's inconvenient speed also I think affects this, fast in spots and slow in others, even though the average is fairly typical
