Those panels at St.George have been there for a while. I actually thought it would be completed before Osgoode, but apparently that wasnt the plan. To put it kindly the wall panels just dont work, at all.

It's been like that for at least two years. If I recall correctly, they removed the metal band and column of tiles at these locations. They needed to cover the void. It's an ugly solution.
