any news on the Palm condos just north of the Finch Kiss'n Ride Station next to the small white office building? the sign there has been up for what feels like forever

I thought it was suppose to be a condo a while back but clearly that's not the case anymore.

Its going to be a condo and a new church. The church gave part of their land to the developer in return for money and a new church.
