I have a program called Kurzweil 3000. Its primary purpose is text-to-speech. There is an option to change the pronunciation of specific words. Obviously, I set the program to pronounce "Yonge" as "young", while I set "Spadina" as "spuh-deina."
Was caught in a smoke warning delay yesterday morning and the announcement finally says Spa-dye-na .. how difficult was that to fix?
