referred to the lack of pedestrians in all the photos, not just the Capital development. It just so happened that ganjavih located one (and it looks like the only) pedestrian in this picture thread in front of that building.

There are plenty of pedestrians in these shots - they're just temporarily travelling in cars.

To be fair, the pictures posted were of only 1 block of Mississauga City Centre (City Hall and the Library).

It would be like taking picture of Scarborough or North York Civic Centres and Squares on a cold winter day when nobody is around.

The Townhomes by Daniels seem pretty impressive. Next time someone is down there taking a few shots could they try to post some of the townhomes?

I don't think anyone should be surprised the MCC is devoid of pretty much any pedestrian activity. It's still very much a car-oriented environment...and there really isn't any reason for anyone to walk from point A to B.

The best are to see pedestrian activity in MCC is by the bus terminal. Every time a bus opens its doors there is a few minutes of pedestrian activity. We should get Mississauga Transit to start dropping people off at random locations!
