Remember that this is "Metrolinx". The Pearson Transit Hub involves the GTAA (Greater Toronto Airports Authority). However, the last update was back in November, 2019 (see link). COVID-19 likely put the Transit Hub on the back burner.

A new rail bridge is taking shape at Steeles Avenue East near Milliken GO Station. Since June, the construction team has been focused on advancing this work and recently completed a concrete pour of the bridge deck. This pour was a significant milestone as it connects the substructure elements (abutments and pier) with the superstructure (deck), completing a critical phase of construction. With the entire structure in place, several new phases of construction are ready to begin. We take you behind the scenes to show you what’s involved.

Creating Opportunities through the Value Creation Task Force:

As announced in the 2019 Ontario Economic Outlook and Fiscal Review, the government established a Value Creation Task Force to identify and review innovative opportunities to generate recurring non-tax revenues. These revenues can be reinvested back into critical government services like health care, education, roads and transit. The Task Force is continuing its work with multiple ministries in identifying, assessing and pursuing potential opportunities for value creation across government to generate additional incremental revenues for Ontario. For example, the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) is putting in place a value creation framework and is exploring opportunities such as leveraging assets owned by MTO or Metrolinx.

You will find the photos of the bridge in the GO Projects thread that I shot in Oct, as well the whole area including the station.
 
The City has an update on Metrolinx projects coming to the November 18th Mtg of Executive Ctte.

The report has some updates on:

Ontario Line
Scarborough-Durham BRT
Dundas BRT
Eglinton West LRT
Don Branch layover facility for GO Trains.

Nothing earth shattering there

We take away that the RFP for Ontario Line is penciled in, to go out in Fall 2020.
 
^Of note in the Capital report is that $176M has been removed from the GO Extensions budget, and Subway Projects now has a $28.5B line item, with a foot note reading "Preliminary construction estimate announced in 2019 Ontario Budget".

The reported spend on GO Bus Infrastructure actually dropped from $408M last report to $400M this report.....it's a small adjustment, but a reminder that behind these numbers there is always some amount of accounting adjustment.

Can the OL RFP close before election 2022? And does a closed RFP prevent the project from being cancelled or it can still be monkeyed around with?
 
^ the timeline I believe is already known the September 2020 Infrastructure Ontario procurement document. Have you seen it?
