London (Ontario) Snaps, Part I

The original Talbot Inn, which was rebuilt as part of John Labatt Centre, sat on the site boarded up for over a decade with most of the block sitting as parking. Unfortunately it stood unmaintained too long to save.
It looks as if Hamilton's famed Lister Block will soon be undergoing the same fate...www.architecturehamilton.com/savethelister.html

Part II should finally come tonight...hopefully!

"I think London is the perfect example of that type of Ontario town that the Quebecois like to make fun of for "rolling up the sidewalks at night""

I actually found London to have plenty of bars for a city it's size.

I don't think the number of bars is the only (or best) way of meausing these things though.
