So could the returnable bottle and cans then. Inside a fenced area, to keep the raccoons away.
From Montreal earlier this morning, automated and non-automated recycling at a local Metro store. Judging from the lineups and bulging bags seen at various locations at various times over the past couple of years, there is a demand for this service that seems well used.

Yes but this is Quebec where they are a bit higher class than some of the slackjawed yokels who collect cans in Toronto.

If this was in Toronto, there would be shopping carts full of bottles with people sorting everything out at the store. Take note how well these people are dressed as if they saved the bottles from their home and did not spend all day collecting them off the street.

Don’t get too carried away! This was taken in the McGill district and those dudes were probably trolling the neighbourhood streets picking up empties. It was a bit noisy this weekend, doubtless the good weather invigorated the consuming crowd. I could have taken a selfie, a man in a nice suit, carrying a blue bag of empties, on my way to the Metro, and cashing in for some lunch change.

Big deal. It's like seeing a DeLorean at a subsidized apartment building.

The small wineries and craft breweries should be first choice for store-brand labels.
Saw these at a Provigo in Montreal today while scrounging dinner options. Can’t say I have seen in Ontario and assume regulatory reasons. Even though they are 0%……the new thing in wine I understand.

Thanks, done! Useful tool, though a bit unwieldy on a smart. phone. I'll be reporting more local graffiti too!
Graffiti report update. I just got a message from Bylaw that they've issued a notice of infraction to the owner of the building. It only took 2 months! They apparently have 15 days to remediate.

As an aside to anyone using the online form to report graffiti. Giving the intersection together with photos was not deemed sufficient, and I had to refile a few days later with the actual address. The form of course allows for an intersection.

Removing vandalism of any form is always the correct thing to do.

There can never be double standards.
Sorry but this is major Karen energy.

It's graffiti on a bunch of temporary wooden boards that will be removed once the building is renovated anyways.

Eye roll.

There is far more than just anti-Ford graffiti that has multiplied in the months. How about you call bylaw and tell them to ignore it.

Name calling and insulting other members may is contrary to the rules of this forum. You need to win arguments based on persuasion not petulance.

This isn't debate club. Obviously nobody is changing anyone's minds here.

I just disagree with yours and PL1's stance here.

There are far bigger issues to give a shit about and call the city over.
