Taken 24 September. Humber just west of Ossington. I was a bit bummed by the garage door but knowing this neighbourhood it will have many functions!

Question: There have been 110 garage conversion applications since August 2022 in Toronto with many now complete. Do these refer to stand alone structures only or do conversions of built-in garages need an application which I imagine they do.
Interesting as this could be signifiant as well as potentially having a cost advantage. Thanks!
