How do you know they made $500K?

I'd been following this property for a while when each unit was listed. If people can make serious money by developing and selling properties like this for $800/ft a detached, and around $650/ft for the condo units, that's fantastic. Will draw more developers into these types of projects

On Humbert just west of Ossington on what is rapidly becoming a new restaurant row! Two laneway houses that will be used for multiple activities.

Behind 726 Landsdowne. Looks like a studio/event space. The other one is just to the south and has side passageways on both sides which is new to me. Taken 9 July.
