Maybe the pics are kind of lame, it is just a park after all, but I was just following along with my girlfriend and her family... so yeah.
 
You can see the Palace Pier condos. What people might not know is that the first tower was built in 1979. And yet they look so much better than those concrete things from the 80s built at harbourfront.
 
Supurb photos. This park is one of the great secret treasures of Toronto and possibly the best vantage point of the downtown skyline.
 
Charles Sousa, the new MPP for Mississauga South, included in his platform the conversion of all or part of the Lakeview Generating Station property into a waterfront park.
 
Creek

I live in Mimico so I know these parks fairly well. There's in fact two parks, Humber Bay East and Humber Bay west which are separated by Mimico Creek.

I used to take my sons skating on the two giant ponds in Humber Bay West. There's nothing better than playing shinny on a cold sunny day beside the lake against the backdrop of the city's skyline.

This particular creek had a beaver dam not too many years ago.
