Yes, though I am puzzled at why this very small building has taken so long to complete. From this thread they seem to have been building it since early 2018.

I will be working there when it opens. We were supposed to have training in the building this week, it has been pushed back until the first week of November. Not sure why but I will take some pics once I get inside!
When restaurants go for custom fittings, suppliers can be slow… it's essentially no more complicated than that: there's next to nothing off-the-rack here.

Heard from the architects yesterday. The front window part is the largest guillotine window opening thingy in the world, not sure the correct term.
Didn't hear many details from them because there wasn't much time.
What I did hear and not sure how much is already known by everyone is, inside the first floor will use the entire space second and third step towards the back creating a high ceiling for part of the floor underneath. first floor will match gusto 101 a lot, second floor is more of a private wine space area, third floor is a cocktail bar. the fourth or third not sure if the cocktail bar and this next part are on the same level, but there will be a whole different experience with different food for the two areas towards the front on the top floors. Top floor will be a patio in the spring.
The side walls are terracotta with little LEDs to represent the night sky as if we were in Italy eating outside.
Will be in the building training next Friday as long as nothing goes wrong. Opening date is hopefully last three weekdays of November.

Not very long actually! Building is basically done. Training inside starts Tuesday! Still waiting for the pizza oven from Italy, it was delayed about two weeks.
