I find it really funny that the intention of selling naming rights was supposed to be an additional revenue generating tool for the province, yet the only naming rights deals in place so far are from other public entities.

Maybe Markham will go next buying the naming rights to Unionville naming it Markham Ultimate Metropolitan Centre, Richmond Hill will name Langstaff as Langstaff Super High Tech, and Barrie The City Above Vaughan station.

PS - one should also note that Brampton GO is actually on the CN Halton Sub, and CN might have ita own view of the appropriateness of this name on anything having operational significance, which could extend to printed schedules, GBO’s, etc etc
