My fiance and I are on the 22nd floor at Playground. We were told July 2020 occupancy, but it looks like that may change based on dates for Garrison Point (Phase 1). We will keep everyone posted on what we hear back.
Good luck to you. Why did you decide to buy pre construction instead of re-sale? Any particular reason or constraints? My fiance and I are on the 22nd floor at Playground. Someone is selling a unit in Garrison Point, and there's some pics of the interior: https://www.realtor.ca/real-estate/21462737/30-ordnance-st-toronto-niagara
Thanks for the intel!
I can tell the person who bought this particular unit spent $0 on upgrading any materials lol....
If they are renting it out or just selling right away, yes I see that. Why would they? I can tell you majority of those 1 beds have 0 upgrades.
Price of pre-con unit was lower than what resale product (3-7 years old) was selling for in the same neighbourhood.Good luck to you. Why did you decide to buy pre construction instead of re-sale? Any particular reason or constraints?
Lower floors (myself included) were given Jul. '20. I am kind of hopeful the actual occupancy wouldn't deviate too much from this point.Looks like Playground might be just right around the corner. Closer to occupancy than I though. Maybe 6 months after GP1.
Are you investing / flipping? Or plan to be an end-user?Lower floors (myself included) were given Jul. '20. I am kind of hopeful the actual occupancy wouldn't deviate too much from this point.
Moving in myself. (and yes I spent $ on upgrades lol..........)Are you investing / flipping? Or plan to be an end-user?
