Sharing images from our PDI today - there were definitely a few minor issues that we found during the PDI, so glad we did this in person. The inspector (Vince) was incredibly helpful and very meticulous. He mentioned that we are tracking towards an occupancy date of April 30 for units on the SE corner.

Looking good. Did you actually take out the panels below kitchen cabinets in search of empty cup noodles / tim coffee cups?

Does anyone here know what is the process to address issues from the PDI that were not fixed before occupancy? I’m assuming a Tarion claim
is required?
 
Start with customer care. They don’t want you to go to Tarion so they should get it done if you let them know you will be doing that.
