Sharing images from our PDI today - there were definitely a few minor issues that we found during the PDI, so glad we did this in person. The inspector (Vince) was incredibly helpful and very meticulous. He mentioned that we are tracking towards an occupancy date of April 30 for units on the SE corner.

LOL - yes we did, there was definitely some garbage behind there.

Appears the builder faxed my lawyer first. Physical lettermail is presumably on the way to my address.

Yup but you can also email customercare@cityzen.ca , they addressed some of the concerns i had

Start with customer care. They don’t want you to go to Tarion so they should get it done if you let them know you will be doing that.
