That store is making mint................. mind blowing mint...........far exceeded expectations.

Literally they can't handle more traffic at peak times.............and its 80,000ft2!

So much for the anti-Loblaws protest!

When I went to Rochester, NY and went in their grocery stores, I couldn't believe the selection. They had an entire aisle of ice cream on both sides, with like 75% of each products flavour range. And don't get me started on the cereal aisle!

I haven't noticed particularly larger assortments in US grocery stores except maybe Meijers (more like a supercentre). They have more depth for sure in things like cereal and cookies (a dozen kinds of oreos, etc.).

The end of which, would be four weeks and two days from today.

Apparently No Frills itself put out an announcement on Nov 5 that the grand opening is on Nov 28.

Cliffcrest Plaza..........once home to a Foodland supermarket.........which was lost some years ago....

Is getting a new, mini No Frills.
