Why would you think this is a joke? I posted to the wrong place then... I thought most people on this board would feel the same way, from reading the responses some time last year to that Globe and Mail woman's defence of SUVs. Not getting any sympathy here, I guess.

I thought it was a fine post.
For anyone interested it talked about his dismay at his father buying an SUV - despite the family having no practical need for one.
