So did the C1 unit sell for $480k on the 8th floor? If so this is an amazing deal.

800 SF for $480K = $600 PSF is an "amazing deal" to you ?!?!?

Some random thoughts:
-agree that the foyer seems too cramped, no space for visitors' shoes
-don't like that 2nd bedrm doesn't have window
-like that it has 2 washrooms and the master one is good design, w/ tub away from the toilet
-good master bedroom his/her closet space
-what is the "w/o" at the kitchen?

For the 8th floor with the huge terrace that looks to be over 300 square feet? Totally. The views will be good as the unit should have a great East view. Plus all the standards are pretty much upgrades in most other condo's in it's price range. Window coverings at X condo were approx. $6k upgrade, built-in appl. were $10k, etc. All these are included and more.
