those precast bricks looks very convincing. Are the bricks on Majestic Court across the street real or precast as well?

yeah the precast brick on CIRCA 1+2 are definitely very convincing ... I was very suprised when I first found out it wasn't "real" brick ....

but I'm pretty sure the brick on Majestic Court are real ... I saw them during the installation process ~

I think the fake ones on Circa looks way better than the real ones they have over at Majestic lol.

Circa now is offering the "diamond" collection, does anyone know what was included in the units before the diamond collection came out? I talked to the sales and she basically said something that is of lower class and did not specify further.

Highway 7 was partially blocked off on Saturday - for a ground hydraullic crane to hoist rooftop mechanicals units into place
