My parents rented a unit here for a month after they sold their home and were waiting for the new one to close, and I've gotta say the "brick" is hysterical. I wish I took a picture, I've never seen something so silly. It wasn't even textured, just pre-cast panels with the mortar and colours painted on. I don't know how it got approved. Also, the balconies (at least the design of the inner balconies on the lower floors) felt like they'd fall off within 20 or so years.

There was a nice Aston Martin Vantage in the garage though, so overall it wasn't so bad...

yes because it was 'precast brick PANELS' ... the finished 'brick' product does not bad at all really, very realistic to the human eye I think ~

Why would CIRCA's balconies fall off? they look pretty similar to typical condo balconies

there certainly ARE some nice cars in CIRCA's garage =D

^Possibly the ugliest GTA condo built in the last 10 years. Yep, worse than the Star of Downtown, and either equal to or slightly worse than Daniel's Bayview towers. Think of it as the Icon of Markham.
