It's been rented. Not sure by whom. I believe Strellson was only ever there on a semi-permanent basis. The unit was being advertised with 90 day occupancy.

H&M is also up for lease. Not sure if the landlord is fishing for a higher rent-increase or if they are def. closing. Not that surprising, especially given the One and Apple moving in next door, I can see the landlord trying to sig. increase rent.

With Thug's limit of only 25 stores initially (decided by lottery) people are taking a big risk leasing space now.
