A few observations:
- Exterior work has begun on the new Van Cleef & Arpels in the former Zegna on Bloor
- Interior work on Kith is well under way at 78 Yorkville
- Hugo Nicholson has opened a temp location at 70 Yorkville (not sure where they're moving)
- Swarovski has opened at Manulife
- Work has begun on the shop at 60 Bloor (Brown's? Arc'teryx?)

According to Retail-Insider:
- Diptyque is opening at 101 Yorkville
- Vrai is opening in the upper level of 111 Yorkville
- Work has begun on John Elliott in the old Off-White space on Yorkville
