I quite like this one but I'm often weary when buildings of this vintage undergo any sort of work (see Richmond-Adelaide Centre for an example why). What I'd really like to see here though is a deep clean of that marble facade.

Oh boy, im holding my breath big time on this. Street level here was absolutely abysmal before the renovations, so anything would be an improvement, but if they screw up the above ground windows...

The 17,000-60,000ft2 in leasable retail caught my attention. (on the hoarding)

The street level was a column-free banking hall. Marani Rounthwaite & Dick, 1965

It already looks much better and more open than before, IMO. The chamfering gives it a lot more presence. Let's hope it gets clad in some high-quality marble (?) in line with the rest of the building.

King's retail is all sucked into the PATH, but the sidewalks are still relatively busy. I'd love to see a top retailer take a chance on this space.

There is a major grocer looking for space in this general area...........at over 20,000ft2..........
(for the record, I'm not saying that will happen.........I'm just saying it might)

Seems at least some of the space will become a Joey's Branded resturant. The naming here feels weirdly vague.
