Imo i think they'll be very nice. I think more gold, less glass would be nice and maybe more interesting architectual massing but i rather this then some painted balcony gimmick seen on phase 1 to try make the building seem less bulky and straight out of a 5 yr olds minecraft server.

McLennan park offers a pretty good view. If you also drive in from Guelph on highway 7 you can see the skyline as well.

To me it looks quite nice, as it really builds the skyline to have 1 or 2 brightly lit buildings on the skyline. I think hong kong is excessive, but this looks pretty good.

Srm is a massive downside to kw buildings because they're local so they get hired to design alot. Almost all of their designs is mediocre at best and doesn't do much but add to kitcheners collection of boring buildings. Sucks that the TEK buildings are also by them. I hope more local...

I have to agree. Instead my preference would be to have a museum in the space, displaying the history of union station and maybe even of Toronto as a whole. it would probably work to attract more tourists to union boosting the station as a whole.
