This is really Toronto's version of the Berlin airport. Sitting basically complete for years but unable to open due to various issues. They ended up opening 9 years late.

This could wipe out most of the ridership gain from One Fare. Also there should at least be an effort to keep adult fares below $4 ($3.95 may only be a 5-cent difference, but psychological pricing means it seems much bigger)

I don't know why there's so much setback. Yeah the streets are too wide as usual, but VMC also has the issue of heavy truck traffic from the surrounding industrial areas.

Then hopefully express trains will stop at Mount Dennis once it opens. Depending on how it's scheduled, you could take a Kitchener Line train from Bloor to Mount Dennis, then transfer to UPX.

I think a Guelph-Cambridge-Brantford bus service might work. It’ll complement the Waterloo-Guelph-Hamilton and Brantford-Aldershot services.

Busbud has Megabus? I don't think I've ever seen it.
