    Yorkville has two faces. The residents are very much villagers in a large metropolis but it's the weekenders with their flashy cars, noxious odors and extended stares that give it a very bad name. Hopefully the emerging class of new residents will help change that image.

    Boy, somebody took a bath on this project! The economics probably started looking wonky back in 2005 when the project was running on its 6th year of development. I would guess that the developer completes this project only to save face with the old buyers and avoid having his reputation...
