Yeah. With a whopping 78 units currently for rent there, it appears rents are indeed lower than buildings that are around there. There's also 86 units currently for sale.... wow.

That's fair. And to also be fair, I was having a look at the plans for the area and there will be a condo going up in front of Nautilus so lake views do have the potential to be blocked there. Eau du Soleil won't have that problem as long as you choose the building in front or a high floor.

I'm talking about current units for Nautilus on the mls. There are 31 of them including a penthouse. This building just registered near the end of 2012 so this building is essentially "new". I'm not really picking apart what you're saying, I'm just wondering why people would want to buy...

I hear you but why not just buy at "Nautilus" almost right next door? Why pay more for essentially just a floor plan? Views are great to have but they are certainly not everything...just ask folks that purchased at "Beyond the Sea"....

Wow. That really was an eye opener. And another good reason why I'm sticking to renting a condo instead of buying one right now.

South Beach had the "loft collection". This was a name given to the units on floors 2 - 9. The layouts are no different on these floors than on floors 10 - 23 but the higher floors were sold at a higher cost. Floors 25 - 28 are similar but they include 3 bedroom units on those floors as well...
